This city apartment is built for one person with the premise of bringing all user functions in one space. This was to lead to the greatest possible flexibility in the use of space and the best entry of daylight.
Only the functions that technically didn’t allow portability, such as bath room and kitchen area, got a fixed location.
For the usage of variable use by the occupant, a set-back, sober atmosphere was sought in the design of both structural parts and details.
Walls, ceilings and painting are in white stucco, only the floor is made of a plain gray PVC and the bath room floor in terrazzo (white with black surcharge).
The main entrance features a private elevator. The apartment has an outdoor area at the front side which forms a natural transition between street life and property. On the roof a terrace with city views is realized.
